Tsugi is proud to announce the release of Alto Studio, its powerful and versatile audio dialogue tool for games and movies. This latest iteration of Alto, which has already helped many teams to meet their deadlines and ship with top-quality dialogue, pushes the envelope even further.
From one to dozens of languages, whatever the naming convention and the file hierarchy of a project are, Alto Studio can analyze hundreds of thousands of dialogue files (audio format, loudness, timing, pitch, etc.), compare them with a reference language if needed, report any mistakes and correct them automatically.
Furthermore, Alto Studio comes with many unique features that make it an indispensable tool for any voice-over production studio, dubbing studio, localization agency, game studio or independent voice actor. Among these features are an interactive dialogue tester, a placeholder dialogue synthesizer, a loudness equalizer and an audio batch renamer. This new version also interfaces with OC3 Entertainment’s FaceFX™ to generate facial animation from dialogue and with Tsugi’s own AudioBot™ for batch processing.
Alto Studio can import files referenced in an Excel worksheet or synchronize with game audio middleware such as ADX2, Fabric, FMOD and Wwise. It can also interface with proprietary tools, databases and build pipelines, thanks to its plug-in system and its command line version.
